EMBEZZLEMENT: This case having been called for trial, Counsellor Geo. H. Vanjah Dimmerson appeared for appellant and the Solicitor General, E. J. Summerville, appeared for the appellee; and in view of the insufficiency of the evidence to support the charge, the case was abandoned by the State. It is therefore adjudged that the judgment of the court below is hereby reversed and the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to forthwith transmit under seal of this Court a mandate to the court below as to the effect of this judgment. And it is so ordered.
