When this case was bulletined for hearing and before this Court could proceed to review the records certified to it from the court below, the petitioner in person and counsel for respondents filed joint stipulations in the office of the clerk of this Court on October 23, 1944, which read as follows :
“WHEREAS the parties hereto, both petitioner and respondents, in a compromise affecting sundry cases which they respectively instituted against each other, and the said compromise including also the above mentioned case now pending before this Honourable Court, it is hereby requested by the aforesaid parties as follows :—
“1) That incident to the said compromise, the above cause now pending before this Honourable Court relating to the aforesaid parties be and the same is hereby WITHDRAWN.
“2) That the cost of Court incurred to be paid by both parties divided equally between them.
“Respectfully submitted, Yunis Brothers by and thru A. M. Yunis, Senior Partner and Manager, Petitioners. For and in behalf of Yunis Brothers,

In accordance with said application, it is hereby adjudged that the application be granted, and the case ordered stricken from the docket of this Court.
