JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION

Decided: July 31, 1981.

At the call of this case for hearing, Counsellor S. Edward Carlor appeared for the appellant and Counsellor Arthur Williams appeared for the appellee and filed a motion to dismiss the appeal on the ground that appellant has failed to perfect her appeal within the statutory period. Counsel for appellant, having conceded the legal soundness of appellee’s motion, it is adjudged that the motion should be and the same is hereby granted and the appeal is dismissed with costs against the appellant.

And the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to send a mandate to the trial court commanding the judge presiding therein to resume jurisdiction over the cause and enforce its judgment. And it is hereby so ordered.

NOTE: His Honour M. Kron Yangbe, being a member of the Henries Law Firm at the time of the filing of this case, recused himself from hearing and determination of said case; hence be did not sign this judgment.
