When this case was called for hearing, Counsellor James W. Zotaa, Jr. of the Liberty Law Firm appeared for appellants and Counsellor Isaac E. Wonasue, Legal Counsel, National Bank of Liberia, in association with Counsellor Frederick D. Cherue of Dugbor Law Firm, appeared for the appellee.
Counsel for appellee having conceded the legal soundness of the notice of withdrawal of appeal filed by counsel for appellants, to which withdrawal counsel for appellee inter-posed no objection, it is hereby adjudged that the submission made by counsel for appellant withdrawing appellants’ appeal is hereby granted, and the appeal is hereby ordered stricken from the docket of this Court. The Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to send a mandate to the court below ordering the judge therein presiding to resume jurisdiction over the case and to proceed with the trial in keeping with law. Costs are ruled against the appellants. And it is hereby so ordered.
