Appeal from the Court of Quarter Sessions and Common Pleas, Montserrado County.

Sheriff’s Sale.

The court, after a careful review of the documents in the above case, as well as the judgment of the court below, have concluded that the proceedings of the court in 1843 is genuine, and that the action of the sheriff by selling said property was in accordance with law, and hence the deed is valid, and the parties are in rightful possession of the property. Therefore, it is hereby decreed that the judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Montserrado County be and the same is hereby confirmed, with costs in this suit.
