When this case was called for arguments, no one appeared for appellants; the Solicitor General, Honourable Jimmie Geizue, appeared for the appellee and made the following record:
“By leave of Court, prosecution hereby gives notice and declares that the State abandons further prosecution of the case just called.” It is hereby adjudged that the notice given is hereby noted and the case is ordered stricken from the docket of this Court. The Clerk of this Court is instructed to send a mandate to the trial court informing it of the effect of the notice of abandonment given by the prosecution. And it is hereby so ordered.
