Appellees. JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION ON DISMISSAL OF APPEAL. Decided June 16, 1967.* No appearance for the parties. At the call of the case, no one appeared for the appellants nor the appellees. The clerk at this stage brought to the attention of the Court that a notice of withdrawal had been filed by the appellants. After considering the notice of withdrawal as filed, it is hereby ADJUDGED that the appellants having moved to withdraw their appeal, taken from a ruling of the Justice assigned to chambers to the Court en banc, the same is hereby allowed, and the case ordered stricken from the docket of this Court, with costs against appellants. And the clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to send a mandate to the court below informing it of this judgment.
