JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION ON MOTION TO STRIKE APPEAL FROM THE DOCKET IN PROSECUTION FOR RECEIVING MONEY UNDER FALSE PRETENSES. Decided May 6, 1960.* When this cause was called for hearing, the filing of a motion to strike because of the death of the appellant was brought to the attention of the Court. After considering the motion as filed it is hereby ADJUDGED: That the motion be, and the same is hereby granted, and the case ordered stricken from the docket. And the clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to send a mandate to the court below informing it of this judgment.
