TOMMY TUCKER, Appellant, v. REPUBLIC OF LIBERIA, Appellee.
MOTION FOR REVERSAL OF JUDGMENT OF CONVICTION.
At the call of this case the Honorable the Attorney General of Liberia filed a notice abandoning the prosecution, for certain irregularities committed during the trial, and for want of sufficient evidence on the part of the prosecution to warrant a conviction; whereupon counsel for appellant moved for a reversal of the judgment. In view of the foregoing, it is hereby
ADJUDGED:
That the judgment of the court below be and the same is hereby reversed, and the appellant ordered immediately discharged from further detention, confinement and custody, and be allowed to go without delay.
And the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to transmit immediately to the court below a mandate informing said court of this decision.
