When this case was called for hearing, Counsellor William A. N. Gbaintor of the Gbaintor and Associates Law Firm, appeared for plaintiff-in-error and Counsellor Winston O. Henries of the Henries Law Firm appeared for the respondent.

After reviewing the facts and circumstances of this case and the law applicable thereto, it is hereby adjudged that the petitioner’s petition for a writ of error be and the same is hereby granted. The Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to send a mandate to the lower court to resume jurisdiction and enforce this judgment.

It is further ordered that the plaintiff-in-error therein should have possession of his boat without interference. Costs are disallowed.
