JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION ON APPEAL IN THE MATTER OF THE INTESTATE ESTATE
OF J. L. TRAVERS, DECEASED.

Decided December 16, 1960.

When this cause was called for hearing, the filing of a notice of withdrawal
of the appeal by appellant was brought to the attention of the Court. There 
being no objection from the appellee, it is hereby ADJUDGED:
That the notice of withdrawal of the appeal be, and the same is hereby granted, 
the judgment of the court below affirmed, and the case ordered stricken from our docket. 
And the clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to send a mandate to the court below 
informing it of this judgment. And it is hereby so ordered. Given under our hands and 
the seal of the Supreme Court of Liberia this i6th day of December, 196o.
