ADJUDGED:
That the Voluntary Notice of Withdrawal is hereby granted, and the bill of information accordingly ordered withdrawn. The Clerk of this Court is ordered to have the bill of information stricken from the docket of this Court and issue to the patties herein a Certificate of Withdrawal.
