IDS HONOUR G. C. N. TEQUAH, Stipendiary Magistrate for the City of Monrovia, and JOHN BRIGHT, Appellants, v. HENRY ELLIOT, Appellee.
JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION
Decided: February 5, 1982.
At the call of this case for hearing, Counsellor P. Amos George appeared for the appellants and Counsellor E. Wade Appleton appeared for the appellee. Counsel for appellee interposed no objection to the request by counsel for the appellant. It is therefore adjudged that the said request for a remand of this case is hereby granted, and the Clerk of this Court is, therefore, ordered to send a mandate to the People’s First Judicial Circuit Court, Criminal Assizes “A”, Montserrado County, to resume jurisdiction over the case in keeping with this judgment. Costs are to abide final determination of the main case. And it is hereby so ordered.
