JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION. Decided February 2, 1973. Raymond Hoggard for appellants. Momo F. Jones for appellee. At the call of this case, counsellor Raymond Hoggard appeared for the appellants. Counsellor Momo F. Jones appeared for the appellee and filed a motion to dismiss the appeal on the ground that no approved bond and no notice of completion of appeal were filed as the law requires. After studying the motion and hearing argument, it is adjudged that the motion should be and the same is hereby granted and the appeal is dismissed with costs against the appellants. The Clerk of this Court is ordered to send a mandate to the court below informing it as to the effect of this judgment. 537
