JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION

When this case was called for hearing, Counsellor Pei Edwin Gausie appeared for the movant/appellee. No one appeared for the appellant. Counsel for the appellee then applied to the Court, under rule 6(b), for the dismissal of the appeal on the ground of failure to appear and on the grounds laid in the motion to dismiss the appeal, same being the failure of the appellant to file appeal bond. After carefully considering the application and the motion, it is hereby adjudged that the said motion be, and the same is hereby granted to all intents and purposes. The appeal is hereby dismissed. The Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to send a mandate to the Court below informing it of this judgment, with instructions that it will resume jurisdiction over the subject matter and enforce its judgment.
NOTE: At the hearing and determination of this case, the Supreme Court was without a Chief Justice. His Honour Chea Cheapoo, former ChiefJustice of Liberia having been impeached by the Legislature of the Republic of Liberia.
