When this case was called for hearing, Counsellor M. Fahnbulleh Jones appeared for plaintiff-in-error/appellee and Counselor Patrick Banyans appeared for defendants/appellants-in-error and informed Court that defendants-in-error have filed a submission withdrawing their appeal. The appeal having been withdrawn, it is adjudged that the case is ordered stricken from the docket. Costs ruled against defendants-in-error.

The Clerk of this Court is instructed to send a mandate to the court below to effectuate this mandate. And it is so ordered.

NOTE: Mr. Justice E. S. Koroma, having decided this case in Chambers, did not participate in the hearing and determination before the full bench. Hence, he did not sign this judgment.
