After considering the notice as given by counsel for appellants, it is hereby ADJUDGED that the notice of withdrawal of appellants’ appeal is sustained and the costs of these proceedings are ruled against them. And the clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to send a mandate to the court below informing it of this judgment. And it is so ordered.
