JUDGEMENT WITHOUT OPINION
When this case was called for hearing, Counsellor A. Kanie, Wesso appeared for Petitioner/Appellant. No Counsel appeared Respondents/Appellees.

Counsel for Petitioner/Appellant, Counsellor A. Kanie Wesso, requested permission from the Court to make a submission following representation, which request was granted. In his submission, Petitioner/Appellant’s Counsel informed this Court that his Client, Shiek K. M. Sackor, has since been released from prison and is presently out of the Country. In view thereof, Counsel for Petitioner/Appellant and Counsel for Respondent/Appellee have agreed to withdraw the Appeal in accordance with the Revised Rules of the Supreme Court, Part 2, Page 66-67. The Counsel concluded his submission by praying that the Court grants the withdrawal as filed by both Counsel.

This Court being satisfied that the Notice of withdrawal is in keeping with our law governing withdrawal of appeals before this Court, it is hereby ADJUDGED:

That the submission made to withdraw the Appeal is hereby, granted. The Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to send a mandate to the court below to resume jurisdiction and enforce its Judgement. COSTS Disallowed. AND IT IS HEREBY SO ORDERED.,
