Appeal from the Court of Quarter Sessions and Common Pleas, Sinoe County.
Debt.
When this case was called for hearing the appellees, Fletcher and Fraser, not answering, it was adjudged that appellants were entitled to recover. Since the rendering of said imperfect judgment the appellants have motioned this court to perfect its judgment.
Therefore this court adjudges that the judgment in this action in the court below is reversed ; appellants to recover their costs in this court and the court below. The clerk of this court is commanded to send a mandate to the lower court informing it of this decision.
