JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION
Decided: July 14, 1989.
At the call of this case, no one appeared for the appellee, while Counsellor McDonald J. Krakue, Solicitor General of the Republic of Liberia appeared for the appellant. Counsel for the appellant brought to the attention of the Court that the Republic had filed a notice of withdrawal, thereby withdrawing their appeal with a prayer that this Court gives the necessary judgment in consonance with the law and wordings of their notice of withdrawal, filed March 17, 1980.
After a careful scrutiny of the records, coupled with the notice of withdrawal, it is hereby adjudged that the judgment of the trial court be, and the same is hereby affirmed. The Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to send a mandate to the lower court to resume jurisdiction over the case and enforce its judgment. And it is hereby so ordered.
