At the call of this case, Counselors Yamie Quiqui Gbeisay, Sr. and John E.Nenwon of the Tiala Law Associates Inc. appeared for the Movants/Appellees and Counselor Cooper W. Kruah of the Henries Law Firm appeared for the Respondents/Appellants.
Counsel for Respondents/Appellants made a submission conceding the legal soundness of the Movants/Appellees’ Motion to Dismiss the Appeal due to Respondents/Appellants’ failure to file an appeal bond and to file and serve a notice of completion of appeal as required by statute, and prayed Court to grant same in keeping with law.
Counsel for Movants/Appellees not having interposed any objection, it is hereby ADJUDGED:
That the Movants/Appellees’ Motion to Dismiss the Appeal is granted and the Appeal is hereby dismissed. The Clerk of this Court is ordered to send a mandate to the court below to resume jurisdiction and enforce its final judgment. Costs are ruled against the Respondents/Appellants. It is so ordered.
