IN RE: FINDINGS OF THE GRIEVANCE AND ETHICS COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL BAR ASSOCIATION IN THE INVESTIGATION CONDUCTED WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLAINT OF MR. KING GEORGE AGAINST COUNSELLOR CLARENCE O. TUNING, CHARGING PROFESSIONAL MISCONDUCT.

 

JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION

 

Decided: June 15, 1979.

 

When this matter was called for hearing, Counsellor Daniel Draper appeared for the respondent and gave notice that his client had withdrawn the appeal taken from the ruling of the Grievance and Ethics Committee, and would comply with said ruling. It is therefore adjudged that the withdrawal of the appeal as announced by the counsellor should be and the same is hereby allowed. The Clerk of this Court is ordered to send a mandate down to the Grievance and Ethics Committee commanding it to give effect to this judgment and enforce its ruling as to any part thereof which has not already been complied with. Costs are disallowed. And it is so ordered.

 

Note: Mr Justice Henries and Mr. Justice Tulay being absent when this case was heard did not take part therein; hence, have not signed this judgment.
