At the call of this case for hearing, Counselor Albert S. Sims of Sherman & Sherman, Inc. appeared for the Movant and Counselor Lawrence Yeakula of the Liberty Law Firm appeared for the Respondent.

 

Counsel for Movant brought to the attention of the Court that the parties have reached a settlement and have voluntarily signed a stipulation withdrawing the matter and therefore prayed that the appeal be withdrawn.

 

ADJUDGED:

That the appeal be and the same is hereby withdrawn. The Clerk of this Court is ordered to inform the trial court to resume jurisdiction and proceed in keeping with law. IT IS SO ORDERED.
