JUDGEMENT WITHOUT OPINION
When this case was called for hearing, Counsellor Theophilus C. Gould, Solicitor General of Liberia appeared for Respondent/Appellee. The Petitioner/Appellant did not appear in Court through a Counsel, although the records show that the Findley and’Associates, INC, is its Registered Agent and signed the Notice of Withdrawal through Attorney A. Nwbudike. Counsel for Respondent/Appellee, Counsellor Theophilus C. Gould, Solicitor General of Liberia, requested Court for permission to make a submission, which request was granted. In his submission,. Appellee’s Counsel informed this Court that following efforts and consultation with the Registered Agent for Pool Bidding, Findley and Associates, the parties have filed a withdrawal of these Proceedings consistent with law.
This Court being satisfied that the Notice of Withdrawal is in keeping with our law governing withdrawal of appeals before this Court, it is hereby ADJUDGED:
That the submission made to withdraw the Appeal is hereby granted. The Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to send a mandate to the court below to resume jurisdiction and enforce its Judgment. COST DISALLOWED. AND IT IS HEREBY SO ORDERED.
