When the case was called for hearing, Counsellor Francis Johnson-Morris and Associates, inc. appeared for the appellees /movants, while Counsellor Benedict F. Sannoh of the center for Law and Human Rights education appeared for the appellant/respondent.
Counsel for appellant/respondent having conceded the legal soundness of the appellee’s/movants motion to dismiss the appeal and interposed no objections to the submission made by appellees/movants, it is hereby adjudged that the appeal of the appellant/respondent is hereby denied and dismissed. The Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to send a mandate to the court below informing the judge presiding therein to resume jurisdiction over the case and proceed in keeping with law. Costs of these proceedings are assessed against the appellant/respondent.
