JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION.

Decided February 18, 1994

When this motion was called for hearing, the movant was represented by Counsellor Joseph P. H. Findley and Stephen B. Dunbar, Jr., while the respondents were represented by Counsellors Moses K. Yangbe and Snonsio E. Nigba.

 

Argument for and against the granting of the motion for substitution of parties were conducted by counsellors on both sides. Carefully considering the records in the case, as well as applying sections 1.4 and 1.5 of the Civil Procedure Law, Rev. Code 1, and realizing that to grant the motion would result in no injury to the respondent but rather would promote just and speedy determination of the mean action, it is hereby adjudged that the motion for substitution of parties be, and the same is hereby granted. Costs are disallowed. And it is hereby so ordered.
