MOTION FOR REVERSAL OF JUDGMENT OF CONVICTION.
At the call of this case the Honorable the Attorney General of Liberia filed a notice abandoning the prosecution for want of sufficient evidence to convict; whereupon counsel for the appellant moved for a reversal of the judgment. In view of the foregoing it is hereby
ADJUDGED:
That the judgment of the court below be, and the same is, hereby reversed, and the appellants ordered discharged and their bonds delivered up.
And the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to transmit to the court below a mandate informing said court of this decision.
