JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION
Decided February 26, 1993.
When this case was called for hearing the appellee was represented by Counsellor Moses K. Yangbe. The appellant was represented by Counsellor Jamesetta Howard of the Cooper & Togbah Law Firm.
Counsellor Moses K. Yangbe, Counsel for appellee made the following records:

After a careful consideration of the records thus made, it is hereby adjudged that the withdrawal of the motion to dismiss be and the same is hereby granted. The Clerk of this Court is ordered to send a mandate to the judge below to forward the records in the appeal case to this Court for adjudication. Costs disallowed. And it is so ordered.
