JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION. Decided June 18, 1976.* When this case was called, Counsellor J. Henrie Pearson appeared for the appellants, and Counsellor 0. Natty B. Davies appeared for the appellees and filed a motion to dismiss the appeal because of the absence of an affidavit of sureties attached to the appeal bond as the law requires. After studying the motion and resistance of the appellants, it is adjudged that the motion to dismiss should be and the same is hereby granted and the appeal is dismissed with costs against the appellants. The Clerk of this Court is ordered to send a mandate to the court below commanding the judge therein to resume jurisdiction and enforce the judgment.
