When this case was called for hearing, Counselor Joseph Andrews of Morgan & Grimes Law Firm appeared for appellee but no one appeared for appellant. A perusal of the records shows that a notice of withdrawal has been filed by counsel for appellant dated the 3rd day of November 1982. It is hereby adjudged that the notice of withdrawal filed by appellant be and same is hereby granted. The Clerk of this Court is ordered to send a mandate to the judge therein to resume jurisdiction over the case and enforce the judgment from which the appeal was taken. The Costs are to be paid by the appellant. And it is so ordered.
