Having heard the legal arguments on both sides and considering the relevant laws cited and relied upon by the parties, it is hereby;
ADJUDGED That the submission is conceded and the same is hereby granted. The Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to send a mandate to the Justice in Chambers to resume jurisdiction and hear and rule on the informant/petitioner’s writ of prohibition based on its merit. IT IS HEREBY SO ORDERED.
