FLOMO JOHNSON, Appellant, v. GEORGE WASHINGTON,

his Agent, and all other persons employed directly or indirectly in the operation of a certain taxicab, bearing license no. 2234 for the year 1967, in the City of Monrovia, Appellees. JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION DISMISSING APPEAL. Decided June 13, 1969.* No appearance for the parties. When this case was called for hearing, no one appeared for the appellant or for the appellees. At this stage, the clerk informed the Court that a notice of withdrawal had been filed by counsellor Michael M. Johnson, of counsel for the appellant. After considering the said notice of withdrawal, it is hereby ADJUDGED granted, and the case ordered stricken from the docket, with costs against appellant. And the clerk of this Court is authorized to send a mandate to the lower court to enforce its judgment. And it is hereby so ordered. Mr. Chief Justice Wilson and Mr. Justice Simpson did not sit. 381
