Counsellor Nete-Sie Brownell appeared for the appellee and filed a motion to dismiss the appeal on the ground of defects in the appeal bond. After studying the bond and hearing argument on both sides, it is adjudged that the motion as filed should be and the same is hereby granted and the appeal dismissed with costs against the appellant.
