JUDGMENT
When this case was called for hearing, Counselor Sylvester D. Rennie appeared for the appellants. Counselor Yamie Quiqui Gbessay, Sr. appeared for the appellee.
After a careful review and examination of the records and considering the laws applicable to the facts and circumstances of this case, it is hereby
ADJUDGED:
That the final judgment entered by the trial court confirming the recommendation made by the Board of Investigative Surveyors and awarding the disputed property to the appellee, same being supported by both the findings made and warranted by the laws applicable to these facts and circumstances, is hereby confirmed and affirmed. Consistent with said trial court’s judgment, the appellant is ordered evicted, ejected and ousted from Lot Number 20, subject of this dispute, and the appellee placed in possession thereof. Costs of these proceedings are ruled against the appellant.
The Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to send a mandate to the trial court ordering the judge therein presiding to resume jurisdiction over this case and give effect to this judgment. IT IS SO ORDERED.
