Counsellor Stephen Dunbar appeared for the appellee and filed a motion to dismiss the appeal on the ground of a defective appeal bond. After considering the motion and the resistance recorded by appellant’s counsel, it is adjudged that the motion as filed should be and the same is hereby granted and the appeal is dismissed with costs against the appellant.
