JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION. Decided June 8, 1973.* Raymond Hoggard for appellant. Stephen Dunbar for appellee. At the call of this case, counsellor Raymond Hoggard appeared for the appellant. Counsellor Stephen Dunbar appeared for the appellee and filed a motion to dismiss the appeal on the ground of a defective appeal bond. After considering the motion and the resistance recorded by appellant’s counsel, it is adjudged that the motion as filed should be and the same is hereby granted and the appeal is dismissed with costs against the appellant. The Clerk of this Court is ordered to send a mandate to the court below commanding the judge therein to resume jurisdiction and enforce its judgment.
