At this stage, counsel for petitioners notified the Court of the withdrawal of the application for relief filed by him for the petitioners. After considering said notice of withdrawal, it is hereby ADJUDGED that it be granted and the case ordered stricken from the docket of this Court, with costs against petitioners. And the clerk of this Court is ordered to send a mandate to the lower court informing it of this judgment. And it is hereby so ordered. The Chief Justice and Mr. Justice Wordsworth did not sit. 497
