JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION

When this case was called for hearing, Counsellor Ishmael P. Campbell and Roger K. Martin, Sr. appeared for the appellee/movant, while Counsellor P. Nyenawellie Gibson of the Dugbor Law Firm appeared for the appellant/respondent.
Counsel for the respondent thereupon made a submission conceding the legal and factual merits of the motion to dismiss the appeal, to which counsel for movant interposed no objection. Wherefore, it is hereby adjudged that the motion to dismiss the appellant/respondent’s appeal is hereby granted. The Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to send a mandate to the lower court instructing the judge presiding therein to resume jurisdiction and enforce its judgment. Costs are assessed against the appellant/ respondent. And it is hereby so ordered.
