JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION ON APPLICATION FOR WRIT OF ERROR IN SUMMARY PROCEEDINGS. Decided July 1, 1966. At the call of the case for hearing, no one appeared for the appellant and also the appellees were not represented. The clerk then informed the Court that a notice of withdrawal had been filed by the appellant himself in said case. After considering the same notice of withdrawal as filed, it is hereby ADJUDGED that the notice of withdrawal be, and the same is, hereby granted with costs against the appellant. And the clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to send a mandate to the court below informing it of this judgment.
