When this case was called for hearing, no one appeared for the appellant. Counsel appeared for the appellees and made application to the Court that in view of the absence of counsel for appellant, Part 6 of Rule IV of the Revised Rules of this Court be applied. After considering the application of counsel for appellees, it is hereby ADJUDGED that the said application made by appellees’ counsel is hereby granted and appellant’s appeal ordered dismissed, with costs against appellant. Because of the failure of appellant’s counsel, Momolu S. Cooper, to appear and represent his client according to professional ethics, a fine of $25.00 is hereby imposed on him, which he is required to pay over to the Marshal of this Court, to be deposited into the Bureau of Internal Revenues and a receipt therefor obtained.
