ANNAKOR LAUSON-GIKO, Appellant, v. JAMES K. GIKO, Appellee.

JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION. Decided June 8, 1973. Wellington K. Neufville Richards for appellee. for appellant. J. Dossen At the call of this case counsellor Wellington K. Neufville appeared for the appellant and counsellor J. Dossen Richards appeared for the appellee. After studying the record it was discovered that alimony judgment had been only partially satisfied when exceptions were taken to the trial court’s calling the action of divorce for trial. A bill of exceptions was filed but there is no appeal bond and no notice of completion of appeal in the record. It is, therefore, adjudged that the appeal announced should be dismissed and the court below is hereby ordered to resume jurisdiction over the alimony case and complete the enforcement of its judgment. Costs are disallowed. The Clerk of this Court is ordered to send a mandate to the court below as to the effect of this judgment. And it is so ordered. 275
