SAA GBORLLIE et al., Appellants, v. REPUBLIC OF LIBERIA, Appellee.
JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION
Decided December 18, 1985.
When this case was called for argument, Counsellor Robert G. W. Azango appeared for the appellants and counsellor McDonald J. Krakue, Solicitor General of the Republic of Liberia appeared for the appellee. The appellant’s counsel filed a submission requesting this court to reverse the judgment and remand the case for new trial because appellants did not have a fair and impartial trial to warrant conviction for a death sentence. Counsel for the appellee also filed a submission in which he conceded the facts and legal grounds presented in appellants’ submission and interposed no resistance thereto. After carefully studying the submission and observing that the grounds to remand the case are in keeping with law, it is hereby adjudged that the submission to remand the case be and same is hereby granted. The Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to send a mandate down to the court below to resume jurisdiction and conduct a new trial. And it is hereby so ordered.
