JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION

Decided December 29, 1988.

At the call of this case, Counsellor Roger C. H. Steele of the Steele & Steele Law Firm, appeared for the appellant; whilst the Solicitor General of Liberia, Counsellor MacDonald J. Krakue, appeared for the appellee and informed this Court that he has filed a notice of abandonment from further prosecution of this case.

After carefully assessing the said notice of abandonment, the facts and laws controlling in such cases, it is hereby adjudged that the said notice of abandonment be, and the same is hereby granted, and the defendant/appellant is hereby discharged without day. The Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to send a mandate to the court below, ordering the judge presiding therein to resume jurisdiction over this matter and give effect to this judgment. And it is hereby so ordered.
