JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION. Decided February 18, 1977.* When this case was called for hearing no one appeared for appellant ; Counsellor Moses K. Yangbe appeared for the appellee and filed a motion to dismiss the appeal on the ground of a defect in the appeal bond. After examining the bond, it is adjudged that the motion to dismiss should be and the same is hereby granted and the appeal is dismissed with costs against the appellant. And the Clerk of this Court is ordered to send a mandate to the court below commanding the judge assigned therein to resume jurisdiction over the cause and enforce the judgment. And it is so ordered. � Mr. Justice Henries did not participate in this decision. 484
