JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION. Decided May 2, 1975.* Moses K. Yangbe for appellee. 0. Natty B. Davis for appellants. When this case was called, Counsellor Moses K. Yangbe appeared for the appellee. Counsellor 0. Natty B. Davis appeared for the appellants and for the record stated, in effect, that although he had appealed from the ruling of the Justice in chambers, he requested and was granted leave to withdraw his said appeal and comply with the decision of the Justice, reserving the right to seek another remedy for his client. After studying the record and the submission made by appellants’ counsel, it is adjudged that the ruling of the Justice in chambers should be and hereby is affirmed with costs against the appellants. And the Clerk of this Court is ordered to send a mandate to the court below informing it of this judgment. And it is so ordered. Mr. Justice Wardsworth presided in chambers herein and consequently did not participate in the decision. 372
