Dunbar et al v Lorson [1970] LRSC 60_ 20 LLR 142 (1970) (11 June 1970)

HON. S. B. DUNBAR, SR., Circuit Court Judge, Eighth Judicial Circuit, Nimba County, and CHARLES T. FREEMAN, Appellants, v. JAMES LORSON, Appellee.

JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION. Decided June 11, 1970. P. Amos George for appellants. Moses K. Yangbe for appellee. At the call of this cause for hearing, counsellor P. Amos George appeared for the appellants and counsellor Moses K. Yangbe appeared for the appellee. At this stage, counsel for appellants moved to withdraw the appeal as announced from the ruling of the justice presiding in chambers and prayed the Court to not impose costs in these proceedings. After due consideration it is hereby adjudged that the appeal be stricken from the docket with costs against appellants; but inasmuch as appellee’s counsel has agreed, only incidental court costs are hereby assessed. And the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to send a mandate to the court below informing it of this judgment. And it is so ordered. 142
