JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION. Decided June 17, 1976.* When this case was called, Counsellor Francis R. T. Gardiner appeared for the petitioners, and Counsellor Samuel E. H. Pelham appeared for the respondents. Petitioners having appealed from the ruling of the Justice in chambers, filed a notice of withdrawal of their said appeal. Therefore, it is adjudged that the ruling of the Justice in chambers should be and the same is hereby upheld, with costs against the petitioners. And the Clerk of this Court is ordered to send a mandate to the court below commanding the judge therein to resume jurisdicdiction over the case out of which these proceedings have grown, and proceed to hear and determine the same forthwith.
