When this case was called for hearing, no one appeared for the appellants, and the appellees were represented by counsellor MacDonald M. Perry of the Dukuly and Perry Law Association. At this stage, counsel for appellees moved the Court to dismiss the appeal in keeping with Rule Four, Part 6, of the Revised Rules of the Supreme Court. After considering the application, and appellants having failed and neglected to appear and prosecute their appeal, the application is hereby granted and the case dismissed, with costs against appellants.
