JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION

At the call of this case for hearing, Counselor Farmere G. Stubblefield appeared for the appellant/plaintiff while Counselor Emmanuel B. James of the International Group of Legal Advocates and Consultants appeared for the appellee/defendant.

The counsels for both parties brought to the Court’s attention that in consultation with their respective clients they have resolved to discontinue the case in keeping with Chapter 11 of 1LCLR, Sec. 11.6 paragraph 1, Sub-paragraph (b).

The Court being satisfied with the Notice of Voluntary Discontinuance filed by the counsels, it is hereby;

ADJUDGED:

That the appeal should be and the same is hereby dismissed. The Clerk of this Court is hereby mandated to have this case stricken from the docket of this Court. It is so ordered.
