JUDGMENT WITHOUT OPINION DISMISSING APPEAL. Decided June 14, 1968.* No appearance for appellant. P. Amos George for appellees. When this case was called for hearing, no one appeared for the appellant, and counsellor P. Amos George appeared for the appellees. At this stage, counsel for appellees made application to the Court for the dismissal of the appeal in view of the absence and failure of the appellant to appear and prosecute her appeal, citing Rule IV, Part 6, of the Revised Rules of this Court. After considering the application, it is hereby ADJUDGED that this case having been bulletined for hearing since the 9th day of May, 1968, and the appellant having failed and neglected to appear for the hearing of her case, the application as made is hereby granted and the case ordered dismissed, with costs against appellant. And the clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to send a mandate to the court below informing it of this judgment. And it is hereby so ordered. � The Chief Justice took no part in this decision. 95
