Counsel for Appellant made a submission that counsels for Appellant and Appellee have filed on October 29, 2009, a Joint Notice of Withdrawal of these proceedings and that the appeal be withdrawn and vacated and that the Action of Debt filed against the Liberian Agricultural Company by Appellee in the Debt Court of Montserrado County dated June 22, 2005, be terminated.
Counsel for Appellee not having interposed any objection, it is hereby, ADJUDGED:
That the joint request of withdrawal be and the same is hereby granted and the matter is ordered stricken from the docket of this Court. It is so ordered.
